Anderson Builders was started by Jody Anderson in 2005. Jody has a love of construction and has always strived to be the very best in the industry. ​Jody was born and raised in Blairsville, so buyers can rest assured that they are dealing with a truly local company whose values are deeply rooted in the community.

​Licensed and insured in the state of Georgia, Anderson Builders is a custom homes builder specializing in higher end builds that require the utmost attention to detail and industry experience. From the pouring of the foundation, to installing the final finishes, owner Jody Anderson will be onsite to ensure that the highest quality standards are adhered to.

In addition to having a General Contractor's license in Georgia, Jody also is a licensed real estate agent. By pairing his real estate knowledge with the support of the largest real estate company in Georiga, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, Jody can offer his clients everything they need to consummate a purchase - real estate, mortgage, insurance and closing services.
